Before anything else – I just want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for your unwavering support of DAA Northwest’s Rock & Roll Sale. This annual event has become synonymous with our brand and culture. You, our customers, are the real MVPs! Your continued trust and enthusiasm keep the event going strong, and we cannot thank you enough for being such a vital part of our community.
A huge round of applause to our staff for executing another smooth Rock & Roll Sale – consigning a whopping 2,900 units and selling 1,870 is no small feat! You all are the real rock stars behind the scenes; you make it happen flawlessly. And speaking of rock stars … let’s talk about that Sugar Ray concert – what a blast! Their energy was off the charts, they played hits we all know and love, and those covers of TLC, Blink 182, Violent Femmes, and Beastie Boys had us all singing along.
Looking back on this sale from a year ago, things were significantly more uncertain. This year, we are thrilled by the increased optimism in the market. The impacts of the CDK outages are now behind us, and although the market isn’t on fire, we are seeing a level of stability that has been missing for the past year. Some market steadiness is indeed a welcome change.
