Wednesday Sale

JULY 22ND

8:00 - 10:30 AM: Enjoy a hot breakfast from the DAA Grille

10:00 am: Dealer and Fleet/Lease Sale

1:00 PM: MAG Now Digital Auction

2:00 PM (approximately): Sale concludes

Auction lanes and concert area must be cleared to prepare for Wednesday evening’s party and concert

Rock & Roll Party and Concert

WEDNESDAY EVENING, JULY 22ND

Active registered dealers with current DAA accounts who have done business with us in the past 12 months will receive Digital Tickets via email in early July. Tickets must be saved by downloading our ticketing mobile app, and tickets must be presented at the gate for entry.

Know Before You Go:

This is a private event for invited guests.
Please – no children, pets, cameras, outside beverages, or chairs.
Bag Policy: Guests may carry one clear bag no larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″ OR one small clutch bag no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″. All bags subject to search.
Open seating will be available for a limited number of guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
A complimentary appetizer buffet will be available in the auction arena.
PLUS – More Options! Our Expanded Food Court on the east side of the arena will offer additional complimentary options from favorite local vendors.
Guests aged 21 and over will receive two complimentary drink tickets for beer and/or wine.
Non-alcoholic beverages will be free all evening.

6:00 pm: Party and Concert Gates Open

PLEASE NOTE: For guests’ safety, no weapons/firearms will be allowed in the concert gates and all attendees must pass through a metal detector before entering the event.

7:15 pm: Rock with The Cronkites – our favorite house band

9:00 pm: Our 2026 Headliner Takes the Stage (watch for the big announcement soon!)

10:30 pm: The Party's over! Please drive safely or catch a ride with one of our Complimentary shuttles to an area hotel.
